Where craft meets character.

Passion Letterpress was built on a strong foundation in specialty finishing. We began in 1994 as a trade shop serving the 
print and graphic arts industry, offering services like foil stamping, embossing, and die-cutting to companies who didn’t have in-house capability.

In 2007, we evolved into Passion Letterpress, a name that better reflects our focus on craft, precision, and the timeless beauty of letterpress printing. While we now serve a wide range of clients directly, we still proudly support other printers with the same specialty finishing work we’ve always done.

Our work is rooted in the slower, more hands-on side of print, where depth, texture, and technique take centre stage. That focus on craft is what sets us apart. We regularly collaborate with digital and offset printers, adding the refined details and finishing touches that bring their projects to life. Rather than offering general commercial printing, we’ve chosen to focus exclusively on the specialty finishing techniques that set great print apart, letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, and die cutting.

Experience and Expertise

Over the past 30 years, we’ve grown from a one-press operation to a studio running eight Heidelberg Windmill presses and a collection of specialty equipment. Every piece that leaves our shop is printed with intention using traditional methods, hands-on attention, and plenty of patience.

Andy

Master Pressman, Owner

The driving force behind Passion Letterpress. With over 25 years in print, Andy started his career on large offset presses before discovering the craft of letterpress. He took over the company in 2007 and has continued to grow its capabilities and reputation.

Lead Pressman

David brings a keen design sensibility and hands-on skill to every project. Alongside printing, he handles client consultations, 
in-house design, and social media, blending creativity with craft.

Our Home in Oakville

Passion Letterpress is proudly based in Oakville, Ontario, the town where Andy was born, raised, 
and still calls home. Oakville isn’t just where we work; it’s a community we’re proud to be part of 
and have grown alongside.
